Per City Code 19.12.050, the setback must be 55 feet from the <br /> centerline of Bayview tane. On a 43-fuot right-of-way that computes to a 32K- <br /> foot setback from the exlsting property line. <br /> Tha P�blic Works Department has for a few years been acquiring 7K feet of right- <br /> of-way on each side of Bayv�ew Lane +.o form a 60-foot total r[ght-of-way. We <br /> have acquired this amount of ��ght-of-aay from a n�mber of lots on Bayview Lane. <br /> The requested l0-foot Setback 1�_�,i the present right-of-way would result in only a <br /> 2S5-foot setback at :he ultimate desired right-of-way. <br /> A 2K-foot setback could create a hazardous condition should the full width of the <br /> right-of-way be used. <br /> GW:JcI <br /> L <br />
