The variance wil� not be detrimental to <br /> p�blic welfare as the intended carport will not block the view far <br /> drivers, (existing trees and a hedge are located between the public <br /> throughfare and the intended carport) also, it would not hlock any scenic <br /> view for other properties in the vicinity, An un�iecessary hardship <br /> will continue to me as owner of this property, the cause of which is <br /> beyund my control .
