Existing Conditions: Lots A, B and D have frontage on Mukilteo Boulevard. Lot <br /> C has frontage on Bayview Lane. <br /> ; Conclusion: The Sponsor has been requested by the City not to use the <br /> undeveloped right-of-way for access to this Short Subdivision, but access off of <br /> ' Bayview Lane for all lots except A. <br /> I2. PublIc Welfa�e: Allowing this Variance would promote better access points for <br /> the proposed lots. <br /> � Conclusion: The City's Mukilteo Boulevard policy requires subdirsion to take <br /> access off other streets whenever possible. <br /> I 3. Alternatives: The other alternatives to access would be to allow all units to <br /> ; access onto the 6oulevard. <br /> Conclusia:,: The City Traffic Department has expressed the opinion that the <br /> access onto the Boulevard would constitute a greater hazard than on 8ayview <br /> Lane. <br /> 4.
