Existing Conditions: Lots A, B and D have irontage on Mukilteo Boulevard. �ot <br /> �i C has frontage on Bayview Lane. <br /> I <br /> Conclusion: The Sponsor has been requested by the City not to use the <br /> ' undeveloped right-of-way fo� access to this Short Subdivisinn, but access off of <br /> Bayview Lane for all lots except A. <br /> �I� 2. Public Welfare: Allowing this Variance would pramote better access points for <br /> � the proposed lots. <br /> li <br /> I'� Condusion: The City's Mukilteo Boulevard policy requires subdivision to take <br /> access off other streets whenever possible. <br /> i3. Alternatives: The other alternatives to access would be to allow all units to <br /> access onto the Boulevard. <br /> Conclusion: The City Traffic Department has expressed the opinion that the <br /> I access onto the Boulevard would constitute a greater hazard than on Bayview <br /> Lane. <br /> i <br /> I; 4.
