However, no apparent failures <br /> were observed, and the placement of the drainage materials was on-going. The <br /> recommendation to remove additional sloughing soils was given and performed <br /> during our observation at that time. Other recomnendations as giver, were also <br /> being followed as suggested. <br /> Our� latest observations indicated that the surface conditioning was performed <br /> as recommended, including sloping of the ground and proper dratnage. No further <br /> lateral movement of the 'ecology biocks' was noticed. <br /> [ia59� u;e�� �rir observations, it appears that a reasonable construction of the <br /> 'ecology block' wall , proper subsurface and surface dra�nage, and overail suils <br /> improvement has been achieved. Since the 'wall ' is not truely a structural wall, <br /> it appears that as much reduction of risk as possible has been implemented, but <br /> some future risk of failure does exist. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to be of service, and trust. the above infromation <br /> is of use.
