Jack Moore, adjacent property owner to 3420 Bell, stated that Mrs. Boylan has been extremely cooperative and coneiderate concerning the preservation of the viewe from hie property, and that he ia pleased with the construction plans and reco�mnende that the variance be approved. Pearl Maddy aummarized the staff report (see Variance File No. 26-86; and showed J�CwLoiis of the project area and of adjacer.t properties. The applicant, Ramona Boylan, atated that, pending an engineer's report regarding the moet atable site, the setback from the front property line may be eomewhat more or lesa than the 62 feet ahown on the site plan. There were no objections from the audience regarding this proposal. Jack Moore made an additional statement complimenting the Board on the tharoughnese with which they had conaidered this matter. Motion: Everett Miller move� to grant the variance as recommended by Staff with the condition that che applicant obtain all necessary Building and Public Worke permita.
