Lots 28 <br /> an� 29 contain this additior� , th�us totaling 13@ feet in depth , and <br /> creating a total of 6500 square feet for the two lots (50 x 130 = <br /> 6500) . <br /> Mr . Dona� d Olin owned the home located on 1/2 of Lot 25 and <br /> all 04 Lots 26 and 27. (See Attachment B? . He also owned Lots 28 <br /> and 2� ��pon which he had constructed a garage . (See Attachment C) . <br /> The garage floor was a concrete slab 1Evel with the surface of the <br /> major portion o4 the lot . <br /> On April 23, 1985 Lots 28 and 29 were sold to a Mrs. Ramona <br /> 8oylan . <See Attachment D) . �at this time the City 2oning Code , <br /> paragr�ph 19 . 14 .C30 , required a minimum lot size of se��en thousand <br /> feet (7000' ? , ' EXCEPT where a lot has 1P55 area than herein <br /> requ � red as� shown bY the last conveYance of record at the time of <br /> the passage o4 the ordinance cudified in this ti {:le , this <br /> regulation shall not prohibit one private dwelling and its <br /> accessory building un such lot . . . . . . . . . . Thus Lots 29 and 2S , <br /> although totaling only 6500' , were quali4ied as sufficien : to meet <br /> the code requirement of 700Q' . <br /> On August 4 , 1986 the Board of Hd�ustment considered a written <br /> request from Mrs. Borlan fcr a �ariance from E.M.C. 19. 14.040 , <br /> Gros= Flaor Area Ratio.
