Additional ground cover plantings along the south and west sides o( Building O Ground cover should be <br />selected from the plant list contained on the landscape plan. <br />As an altemative to providing the above improvements al this time, the City can authorire issuance of the certificate of <br />occupancy if a performan�e bond or cash setaside is provided.
