Please provide structural <br />calculations to verify the indicated steel reinforcing for this beam. If it is <br />the intent to support the grade beams @ 16' o.c. max. The pile locations <br />on the foundation plan should be revised to agree with the note and avoid <br />confusion. <br />2. The wind analysis must be included for comparison to the seismic <br />analysis. <br />3. The shear wall schedule provided in the plans is different than the <br />schedule included within the submitted lateral analysis. The intended <br />schedule should be the nne shown or, the plans. All hold downs and drag <br />strut connections should be identified on the floor plans or in detail within <br />the drawing set in such a way to clearly define the load paths.
