The intention of this recommendation is to minimi7z impact oo site <br />stability during full scalc cleereng and grading activities from potential erosion, storm runoff and <br />groundwater seepage which are likely to be encountered in the wet winter months. it is our <br />opinion that tlus recommend should not apply to hand excavadon end planting as you plan to do <br />in this and next monUvs, which will only create lim9tcd disturbed amas.
