Hoot 4721 Belvedere Ave Everett, Washington 98203 Geotechnical Engineering Report Deck Supports 4721 Belvedere Ave Everett, Washington RMI File No. 50609 Dear sir: This report presents the results of our geotechnical engineering evaluation of the proposed supports for the deck at the entrance and at the rear of the above residence as shown on the Vicinity Map (Figure 1) and Site Plan (Figure 2). INTRODUCTION You plan to rebuild the front and rear decks attached to the house. The purpose of this study and report is to present our findings, opinions, and conclusions regarding existing geotechnical conditions and our recommendatious for the planned development within the site. Specifically, we have evaluated the existing conditian of the slopes. The scope of our services includes surficial observations, assessment of the sloping areas, and the proposed structures locations. Using the data, we have compiled our opinions and recommendations for site development. Our scone of services includes the following: I . Review geologic maps of the area and information in our files. 2. Perform a walk-through evaluation of existing geotechnical and relative stability conditions at the site, including steep slopes. �9 J
