,6•� <br />\ <br />7. <br />`8: <br />9. <br />10. <br />C�-' <br />12. <br />(13. <br />� <br />� 14. <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENT'S <br />As per Public Works approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />i;onnect side sewer per City StandarU #'s 601, 6U2, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout in(iltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more details. <br />The contractar must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing priar to beginning the project. <br />Install erosion control mcaasures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Instail erosion controi measures per Cily of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Femove erosion con'rol measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of ihe <br />permil. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and dri�eways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed un this bui;ding lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gulter and sidewalK as per City oF Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveH iys and any broken or damaged area musl be replaced). <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Evere!t Standarcl #307. <br />Pave driveway from the iront property line out to the street paving. <br />Cor�act the _ Water District for connecting arovisions for this building's <br />water am,i sewer services. <br />A ca[ch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per 5tandard Plan #410 is <br />required for ihe parking area. <br />If a sewer nump system is to be: installed, the pressure line must discharge intu a private <br />manhole, then gravily �low across the public rignt-of-way. <br />A sprinkler system is required for this building in compl�ance with the requirements of NFDA <br />Standards 13D. <br />,.,.�TT�:�,�s <br />�Z <br />
