We rec�mmend that thc subgrade soils within the driveway be trcated mid <br />prepared as dcscribcd in thc SITF: 1'RGPARATION AND GENERAL GARTHWORK section of <br />this report. Prior to placing basc material, the subgrade soils should be compacted to u non- <br />yielding state with a vibratory roller compactor, and proof-rolled with a picce of heavy <br />construction eyuipment, such as a fully-loaded dump truck. Any areus with excessive weaving or <br />deilection should bc over-cxcavated and re-compacted or replaced with a structural fill or <br />crushed rock placed and compacted in uccordance with the rccommcnJations provided in the <br />S'IRUCTURAI, PI1.1, sectiun of this rcpart. <br />DRAINAGE CONTROL <br />Ruildin� Footprinl F.xcavation <br />We do not anticipate 3roundwater lo be encountered by building footprint excavation.
