The need of the neighborho6d, district, or City for a proposed special property use. <br />Finding: The proposed use will provide wireless communication services within the <br />Evergreen Way corridor in Everett. <br />Conclusion: The, proposed use provides a public benefit. <br />2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required to serve a proposed <br />use. <br />Finding: The proposed facility will be located on an existing monopole owned by <br />VoiceStream Wireless.
