These comments address building issues only, additional <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br />ilding Code, as <br />by the <br />Sta e1 of Washington and/ore <br />Wash ngto 9Uniform StateEnergyuCode 994, 2ndaamended <br />Edition, unless <br />stated otherwise. <br />1. Provide roof framing plan. Show all trusses and show size, species and grad of <br />all stick framing. Show girder trusses and/or headers. (specifically at bay <br />windows on second floor). <br />2. Show how all roof areas are ventilated. Provide calculations. <br />3. Provide detail of spread footing (in section). <br />4. Show header size at garage doors. Specify size species and grade.. <br />5. Provide thermal break between slab in conditioned space and slaX in <br />unconditioned space. Provide detail at slab between house/garage. <br />6. Provide minimum lateral restraint panels at garage end walls.
