Some of thesu <br />items are code discrepancies wliict: will have co be corrected and <br />others are merely observations. <br />I. Code Discr.epancies <br />1. 'Che new bearing center wall assemhly is inr�dequ�te a:; <br />1'ollowa: <br />a. There now exists a single top plate. 7'his platc <br />must be a double plate, a, set forth in Section <br />2518(f)4. <br />b. Thc sill plate , or ^�ud sill, in contact with thc <br />concrete must be approved pressure treated wood or <br />foundation qrade cedar as set forth in Ser_tion 2517. <br />c. The �resent foundation wall recently constructed is <br />3; inches wide. This wall must be a minimum of <br />6 inches wide as set forth in Section 2907(a). <br />d.
