CITY OF EVaRETT <br />CORRECTION NOTICE <br />TO: Terry Minor and all others claiming <br />title, right, or lien to the following legally described property: <br />Lot 8, Block 4, Plat of Beverly Park Division #1 <br />commonly known as 6934 Berkshire, Everett, Washington. <br />n — <br />Please take notice that there exists at the aforementioned property, <br />certain housing code violations that directly endanger the safety <br />health, and/or welfare of the occupants of the structure; <br />TO WIT: <br />1. Plumbing drain lines run into yard. <br />2. No permit or record of connection to sewer lines. <br />3. Spliced romex type wiring on exterior of the stucture. <br />4.
