The structure has been vacant for more than 15 years and is in good <br />shape under the circumstanr.es. The owner, Mr. Willard Davi=, has cleaned the <br />garbage an�l trash out oP the house. <br />The backyard is overgrown with vegetation and may be the source of d rodent <br />problem. I talked with Mr. Boch and explained that the Heslth Department <br />would have to make that detexmination.
