CIT �)F EVERETT - DOARD OF ADJ[.' MENT <br />Minutes <br />November 5, 1979 <br />The regular meeting of the Everett Board of Adjustment was held at <br />7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. <br />Mr. Russell presided, Mr. Hoagland and Mr. Zook were present. <br />Mr. Wilson and Mr. Black were absent. <br />Mr. Russell introduced the Board members to the audience. <br />Under old business a hearing was held on the application of <br />Drenna Demmert, 14820 - 15th Avenue N.E., Seattle, S9ashington, <br />concerning permission to utilize a twenty (20) foot proposed <br />non-revocable easement for ingress and egress, to serve a proposed <br />Lot 3 of a proposed four (4) lot short plat located on the <br />Northwest corner of 9th and Main Street in Lowell, adjacent to <br />Interstate 5. <br />Legal Description: Those portions of the Southeast quarter of <br />the Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township <br />29 North, Range 5 East, S9.M. Remainder of <br />legal on file. <br />Approximate Location: N. W. corner 4th and Main Street in Lo�vell - <br />adjacent to interstate 5. <br />Zoning: R-2 Single Pamily High Density Residence <br />At this time a memo from eob Landles, the Environmental Coordinator <br />of the Planning Department, was read and these items were mentioned: <br />1. The SEPA process for the short plat has not been <br />completed. <br />2. There are problems on drainage, sewer, slope and <br />noise that need to be addressed. <br />3. The Planning Department suggests postponement on <br />the project until .*.he SEPA review has been cor�pleted. <br />Carla Brose represented Drenna Demmert and made the following <br />statements: <br />1. They were lead to believe the environmental checklist <br />applied at the time that the building applib�tion was <br />submitted. <br />2. The property is designed for four duplexes. <br />
