The variance I am requesting will not be detrimental to <br />the public welfare or injurious to the properties or improvemerits <br />in the vicinity of a zone in which my property is located because: <br />Existing zoning permits development of both the front and rear �ortions <br />of the property; however, in order te meet the square footage require- <br />menta, I am limited to an ac�ess and utility easement to serve the <br />rear portion of rt�y property. <br />POINT 3.
