A copy of your <br />letter, and two stamped and signed plans I�ave been enclosed for your review. The <br />following is an itemized response to your comments dated September 13, 1993 that <br />reference the drawings of Robert H I,ce & Associates, Inc.: <br />Item 1 <br />Item 2 <br />Secondary egress has been provide forthe office area. See sheet B-1. <br />One-hour wall assembly will be installed to seperate the Bl and A2 occupancies. <br />See sheet B-1. <br />Item 3 As discussed in our phone conversation on Oct. 13, 1993, there will not be an <br />oil/water separator installed in the lube bays. The storm drain system for the <br />entire site will have an oil/water separator installed. <br />Item 4 <br />Item 5 <br />Item 6 <br />See sheet B-2, details A7, AIO and A13 for wall section details. <br />Interior liphting has been adjusted so that it complies with the lighting power <br />budget.
