4. <br />5. <br />� <br />�i <br />7. <br />g � <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />As per Public Works approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />Connect side sewer per Ciry Standard #'s 601, 002, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop dowr,spouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />9. Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public VVorks inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning the project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated material from fcundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is ailowed on this building lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />16. <br />17 <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway frem the front property line out to the street paving. <br />18. Contact the Water District for connecting provisions for this building's <br />water and sewer services. <br />19. <br />20. <br />A catch basin as per City Standard Plan i#402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is <br />required for the parking area. <br />If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge into a private <br />manhole, then gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br />21.
