Plumbing in the kitchen sink leaks. <br />2. There is wood rot around the bathtub. 7he tub area is not <br />sealed correctly to prevent moisture from seeping into th2 <br />M�all area. <br />i, Bedroom windows shall have a minimum net clear opening of <br />5.7 square feet. <br />4. Heaters throughout the structure are poorly maint�ined and <br />have furniture and other objects placed directly in f ont <br />of them. <br />5. The hot water tank shall be properly enclosed to provide <br />protection from the elements. <br />Information on building permits to accompiish this work may be obtained <br />from the Building Inspection Department and all correctiors roust meet <br />the present building codes.
