r � <br />�.' <br />� <br />�- <br />November I5, 1999 <br />Eve Sulier <br />7206 Bever�y Boulevard <br />Gverett WF. 98203 <br />Dear Ms. Sulier: <br />Code Compli� <br />Case Number: 1917-99 <br />VIA CERTIFIGD MAIL <br />RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED <br />During an inspection on November 9, 1999 of your property located at 7206 Beverly <br />Boulevard, it was noted that conditions exist that are in violation of the Everett City code. <br />According to Snohomish County records, you aze the owner of this property, which is legally <br />described as: <br />Highland View Blk 000 D-00- Lot 11 <br />Pazcel number: 4723 000 Ol 1 00 <br />I. Descriotion of Violation <br />The use of this property has changed from a single-family residence to an adult health care <br />facility without benefit of permits. <br />• Sectian 19.41.070 of the Everett City code states that the occupazicy of any structure <br />constructed for one type of use which is changed to another use which requires di8erent <br />zoning code or building code standards shall not be approved until a use permit has been <br />issued by the Plunning Department. <br />In addition, the residence has been enlarged, altered, and converted without the benefit of <br />building petmits. <br />• Section 16.01.030 of the Everett city code adopts the 1997 editions of the Uniform Building <br />Code and the Uniform Building Code Standards, as amended by the Washington <br />Administrative Code Section 51-40, except some portions that have been deleted, modified <br />or amended by Chapter 16.01 of the city code. <br />• Uniform Building Code Section 103 states that it is unlawful for any person, firm or <br />corporation to erect, construct, enlazge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or <br />demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure or cause or permit the <br />same to be done in violation of the Uniform Building Code. <br />• Uniform Building Code Section 106.1 states that pertnits are required when a structure <br />is constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, improved, converted or demolished unless <br />specifically exempted by the Uniform Building Code. <br />
