O. 860 <br />Dear Mr. Peach: <br />Your application for a permit to make Improvements within the public <br />rights -of -way has been approved. All wort. shall Lye carried out In accordance <br />with the attached permit. <br />The Streit Department would like to utilize the wrought Iron fencing in their <br />maintenance program. They will pick it up if you call them at 259-8862. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the City rules and regulations governing work <br />within the public rights -of -way. Please call the Engineering Department <br />Construction Division (259-8811) prior to starting this work so that an inspection <br />can be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of issue. if <br />for some reason the work has not been started within this period of time, <br />It will be necessary for you to contact the Engineering Department to request <br />a time extension. <br />Sincerely, <br />LLOYD E.
