I have reviewed ?ictures taken of the building <br />and have elso had an opportunity to check City ordinances and State lew which <br />relate to this situation. <br />The Everett Municlpa] Code 3ectton 16.16.140(B) provides that "there eiiall be no <br />fleshing of all elementa simultaneously or any flaehing atPect whlch could be <br />misconstrued es a trattic control device. Revolving beecons are prohibited " In <br />eddition, it eppears es though the erection of the stop light would be tn vlolation ot <br />RCW 46.61.075. I have enclosed Yor your intormation co�ies of both the Everett <br />Municipal Code and RCW provisione. It hes also been brought to my attention that <br />you have failed to acquire the proper permit to erect your eign. In llght of the <br />appllcable City and State requirements, the City must ask you to remove the stop <br />llght from the face of your bullding. <br />Thank you for your enticipated cooperation with this request.
