State of Washington: <br />ss. <br />County of Snohomish: <br />1 A F F I D A V I T <br />2 <br />3 DARRELL LUKE, being first duly sworn upon oath deposes and <br />4 says: <br />5 That I am the President of Beverly Park Services, Inc., a <br />6 Washington corporation; that attached hereto and incorporated <br />7 herein as Exhibit "A" is a drawing of a building which my <br />8 Company wishes to construct behind but adjacent to the existing <br />9 service station located at 7511 Beverly Boulevard, Everett, <br />10 Washington. The area where the building is to be located is <br />11 already used for the purposes set forth hereinbelow. However, <br />12 for protection from the weather and for security purposes the <br />13 Company wishes to construct the attached structure. The work <br />14 to be done within the confines of the structure is as follows: <br />15 Tune-ups P Lub Jobs <br />16 Oil & Filter Replacements Brake Adjustments <br />Brake Relining Wheel Berring Replacement <br />17 Better than 95% ofthe gross revenues of the work which will be <br />18 done in the building will be derived from doing the above <br />19 described work. Occassionally my Company may replace an engine, <br />20 <br />do some transmission repair or work on an intake manifold but <br />21 <br />only in conjunction with the work which will and does now <br />22 <br />compromise 95% of our gross income. Even then such occassional <br />23 <br />work will only be done for regular customers. My Company does <br />24 <br />not solicit business for major repari work nor are we really <br />25 equipped to do it since we do not have the necessary machinery. <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />JORDAN.
