Callahan <br />Public Services Coordinator <br />City of Everett <br />City Hall <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Re: Fleet Service - 7 <br />Dear Mr. Callahan: <br />After I went back and talked with my client regarding your <br />letter of September 24, 1976, concerning the applicaiton for <br />a building permit to construct an addition to the existing <br />service station located at 7511 Beverly Boulevard, Everett, <br />Washington, I decided that it would be beat to prepare <br />an affidavit for the City's consideration regarding his <br />application. As set forth in the affidavit, major repairs <br />only consist of approximately 5% of the station's gross <br />revenue as attributable to automobile repair. I think <br />that under the circumstances the permit should issue given <br />the occassional nature of the repairs and further given the <br />fact that they are done only in conjunction with other minor <br />repairs requested by customers and again then only for regular <br />customers. <br />Please advise as to whether or not this affidavit will make <br />any difference regaridng the application for the building <br />permit. Please advise prior to the next meeting of the <br />Board of Adjustment.
