If the intended use of the addition is to be that of auto repair, <br />an arna separation wall complying with Section 505 (d) of the <br />Uniform Building Code shall he provided between the existing <br />building and proposed addition. <br />5. Four exterior elevations showing all detail. <br />6. A complete cross-section showing all typical construction. <br />(➢o sure to show truss to beam (exterior wall) connections.) <br />6 Furnish complete structural calculations justifying the adequacy <br />of the structural system in resisting all applied seismic, wind <br />and vArtical dead and live loads. This includes all foundations <br />and rentraininq walls.
