This <br />reinspection was made to check your compliance in removing the <br />violations listed in the previous letters. The following items are in <br />violation of the Fire and Life Safety Code and demand immediate action: <br />1. Remove and properly dispose of the accumulation of combustible debris <br />inside of the building and on the property surrounding the structure. <br />2. All accessible openings into this vacant building must be securely loced <br />or barricaded to prevent illegal or unauthorized entry. Periodic checks <br />must be made to see that such closure is properly maintained. <br />A reinspection of this business will he conducted on or after October 12, <br />1987. Please see that the above requirements are met at that time.
