February 2, 1988 <br />Dan Collins <br />706 - 94th Street <br />Everett, WA 98204 <br />CITY '> <br />Certified Mail ev e rett <br />CITY MALL . 259-0755 <br />EVERETT, WA5wNGTON <br />08201 <br />Re: 7606 Beverly Blvd., Everett, WA <br />Dear Mr. Collins: <br />On May 14, 1987, a demolition permit was issued to you for demolition of <br />7606 Beverly Blvd. The permit has expired and the building is only partially <br />demolished. <br />The following conditions reader the building dangerous pursuant to Sec. 302 of <br />the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings: <br />(C <br />1. The building has become so dilapidated and deteriorated as to <br />become an atttractive nuisance to children. <br />1 � <br />2. The building is maintained in violation of specific requirements <br />applicable to such structures provided by the building <br />regulations of this city as specified by Ordinance No. 1247-86 <br />and Ordinance No. 1254-86. <br />•�.�� <br />3. The building constitutes a public nuisance known to the common <br />law or in equity jurisprudence. <br />4. The structure is partially demolished, open to the public, and <br />r <br />endangers the life, health, safety and property of the public. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
