All vital systems, plumbing, electrical and heating have been destroyed. <br />2. There is dampness and rot throughout the structure. <br />3. Tha.e is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the structure. <br />4. There is a lack of garbage and rubbish removal from the premises. <br />5. The Foundation is deteriorated and rotted. <br />6. The roof is caving in. <br />7. Windows are broken. <br />B. The structure is an attractive nuisance to minors and they are entering <br />through broken windows. <br />Violations pursuant to Sec. 302 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of <br />Dangerous Buildings: <br />1. The structural stability of the roof has been damaged and destroyed to the <br />extent of creating a dangerous condition with the roof caving in. <br />2. The structure is an attractive nuisance to minors. <br />3. The structure is being maintained in violation of the Uniform Building <br />Code and the Uniform Housing Code. <br />4. the structure is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisance <br />known to the common law and in equity jurisprudence. <br />
