The letter stated <br />that an inspection of the property had been conducted and pursuant to <br />the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, the structure <br />was posted "Illegal to Occupy". <br />Shortly after you received the letter, a call was made to Marian Dent, <br />Housina Inspector, indicating that you were planning to demolish the <br />structure. In the interum you secured the structure. <br />Complaints have been called into the Building Inspection Division stating <br />that children are once again entering the building and pulling trash out. <br />If the building does not remain secured, the city wili have to proceed <br />with abatement of the structure. <br />Please conti:ct Marian Dent at 259-8745 within five (5) days with your <br />plan of action to correct these violations noted in the letter sent to <br />you in December of last year. <br />Yours truly, <br />ALFRED R.
