When making a structural pest control inspection, the certified inspector is required to make a diligent search in all <br />conceivable areas where termites, beetles, carpenter. ant$, woad rotting fungi and other wood destroying organisms n;:.": <br />be found for evidence of their presence. He is further required to prepare a written inspection report conforming to !nc <br />sagvirements of this standard, wjtich shall be delivered to the potion requesting the inspection or his designated agent. <br />2. The structural pest control inspection report shall contain the following information: ; <br />a. The dote of the inspection and the name of the person making the inspection. <br />b.. The name of the person or firm requesting Tire inspection. <br />e. The address or location of the property inspected. <br />d. A general description of the building or premises inspected. <br />e.
