Box 1051 <br />Everett, Washington 98206 <br />Gentlemen; <br />This will aertify that an inspection of the dwelling located at <br />7806 Beverly Boulevard was made by the Housing Inspection Divi- <br />sion and the structure meets the minimum requirements of the <br />Uniform Building Code, Volume III except as noted below. <br />Plumbing: <br />1. There is no accessible shut off valve in the water service line. <br />2. The clothes washer and lavatory it, the utility room are not <br />vented. The washer supplies have no air chambers. <br />3. There is no cleanout plug in sewer line in the front of the <br />house. <br />Electrical; <br />1. Service is inadequate and not accessible. <br />2. Kitchen and nook areas need two grounded utility circuits. <br />Additional outlets needed in kitchen west wall and nook south <br />wall. <br />3. Both bedrooms reed an outlet on east wall. <br />4. Bathroom needs grounded outlet, also light must be grounded. <br />5. Hot water tank to be on PIO wise. <br />6. Washing machine must be on separate circuit. <br />7. Outside lights have the. wrong type of wire. <br />8. old fuse box on back porch on north wall must be eliminated. <br />
