WASHINGTON <br />Gentlemen: 9$201 <br />This will certify that an inspection of the structure located at 7806 Beverly <br />Blvd., Everett, Washington, was made by the Building Inspection Department <br />f of the City of Everett. <br />The recent addition to the structure did not receive a final inspection for compliance <br />with the building, plumbing and electrical codes as is required for r ew construction. <br />However, the building does meet the minimum requirements of the Uniform <br />Housing Code. <br />This inspection was made of the building as it now exists.
