If you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentation of completion, <br />you may: <br />1) Request inspections of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of dte work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written mluest for a 180 day extension. <br />Please provide the permit number when requesting inspections or extensions. Please respond <br />within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department for microfilming <br />without final approval.
