The Everett Building Code states that all permits expire <br />if the work authorized by the permits is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after <br />the work is commenced. Work under this pennit will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request fora 180 day extension, detailingjustifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. Afler that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records are <br />available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. if you wish to resume work in the <br />future, a new permit must be obtained.
