January 22, 1987 <br />Mr. Robert Pierre <br />8018 Beverly Blvd. <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />Subject: 8016 Beverly Blvd., Everett, WA <br />Dear Mr. Pierre: <br />On April 17, 1986, you sent a letter to the City of Everett asking for <br />permission to let "the house on Lot 1 remain until the time of the final <br />approval of the Short Subdivision". The house is commonly referred to as 8016 <br />Beverly Blvd. <br />On April 24, 1986, Larry Callahan, City of Everett 3uilding Official, sent a <br />letter to you granting your request provided that the structure be secured <br />from entrance. <br />Since that time, the Short Subdivision has tern granted and your new home has <br />tmen built on Lot 2. The City Building Inspection Division conducted a final <br />inspection on September 9, 1986, and was approved. <br />An Inspection of the area was conducted on January 7, 1987, and it was noted <br />that the vacant substandard structure remains on lut 1 of your property. <br />The structure contains several deficiencies pursuant to the Uniform Housing <br />Code and the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. Some of <br />these deficiencies are noted in the enclosed City of Everett Building Official <br />Notice and Order.
