EVERETT WASHINGTON <br />In response to your memo dated February 13, 1987, I reviewed the title <br />report. I then contact the bankruptcy trustee to discuss the matter with <br />hint. It was his opinion that the City should be able to proceed with its <br />proceedings under the dangerous building code and should not be precluded <br />from following through on its abatement proceeding. The trustee did, <br />however, request that you forward him copies of all papers which you have <br />sent to Mr. Pierre regarding the abatement proceedings. There!, -re, I would <br />ask that you sr:nd the abatement proceeding documentation to Stimson Bullitt, <br />Attorney at Law, Suite 4400, 1001-4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98154.
