TO FILE
FROM Marian Payne everett
DATE April 30, 1987
SUBJECT 8016 Beverly Boulevard, Mr. Robert Pierr 6ITV OF EVERETT EVERETT WASHINGTON e)
An inspector of the area was made today to determine if Mr. Pierre complied
with the requirements of the Board of Appeals. Demolition of the structure at
8016 Beverly Blvd. and clearing of the building material was to have been
completed as of today.
Mr. Pierre called Larry Callahan and told Mr. Callahan that the house was
down. Mr. Callahan indicated that a Building Official's extension for 30 day
to complete the job had been granted and a letter is in the file stating
extension expires 5/30/87. Mr. Pierre asked what else he had to do and Mr.
Callahan said "clear all debris from the demolition." Mr. Pierre asked "what
is debris" and Mr. Callahan explained. Mr. Callahan proceeded to send a
letter to Mr. Pierre authorizing the 30 day extension.
During the inspection today, I noted that the structure had been demolished.
Debris from the demolition is scattered all over the yard for some unknown
reason. It is obvious that the building materials were deliberately
scattered, large sections of walls, etc., as the house was approximately
800 sq. ft. and the lot is close to 16,000 sq. ft. It looks like he is trying
to upset the neighbors some more.
1600E
