Pierre <br />8C16 Beverly Blvd <br />Everett WA 98203 <br />Dear Mr. Pierre: <br />In April this year you had a meeting with Larry Callahan, Building <br />Official, and Marian Dent, Housing Inspector, concerning your garage <br />which you have placed too close to the property line. <br />At that time you said you would begin cutting the garage back so that <br />it would not be closer than six feet to the property line. An ins- <br />pection of the area yesterday revealed that you have not started this <br />work. <br />Since you have not begun work on the garage, the permit issued to you <br />on December 4, 1984 for the work has now become void. <br />The Building Inspection Department has no alternative but to turn this <br />matter over to the City of Everett Legal Department for further action. <br />Yours truly, <br />ALFRED R.
