Pierre ev e rett <br />1317 Bruskrud Road, Apt 4B <br />Everett, WA 98204 PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br />3200 CEDAR STREET <br />Dear Mr. Pierre: EVERETi WASHINGTON <br />98201 <br />The City of Everett Building Division has been working with you for over <br />a year in an attempt to satisfy all requirements concerning the property <br />you own at 8016 Beverly Blvd. <br />An inspection of the structures located at the above address reveals several <br />deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental to the occupants or the public, <br />as defined in the Uniform Housing Code. These conditions may be considered <br />suff'_riunt to declare the buildings to be sub -standard and/or dangerous. <br />Some of the deficiencies are noted on page two of this letter. As a result <br />of these deficiencies, both structures have been posted "Illegal to Occupy." <br />Your failure to comply with the City of Everett Building Division require- <br />ments has resulted in the City taking steps for abatement of the structures. <br />Upon receipt of this notice, you have ten days to begin compliance with the <br />City of Everett Building Code, Electrical Code, Zoning Code and all other <br />applicable present day codes. <br />Failure to comply with this notice shall result in further abatement proceedings <br />by the City of Everett. <br />Sincerely, <br />ALFRED R.
