March 25, 1986
Capretto and Clark, Inc.
2200 Westlake Ave CITY OF
Seattle, WA 98121 eve rett
Re: Acct. No. 74960
Mr. Robert Pierre PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
8016 Beverly Blvd 3200 CEDAR STREET
Everett, WA 98203 EVERETT. WASHINGTON
98201
The City of Everett Building Inspection Division has been working with
Mr. Pierre for the past two years in an effort to bring the structure
on the property at 8016 Beverly Blvd into compliance with the City of
Everett Zoning Code and the Uniform Housing Code.
As the result of a letter sent to Mr. Pierre on March 18, 1986 (a copy
is enclosed), Mr. Pierre met with Larry Callahan, Building official, and
Marian Dent, Housing Inspector.
During the meeting Mr. Pierre was informed that he had to obtain a demo-
lition permit for the garage and begin demolishing the structure by the
end of the week.
Mr. Pierre was also advised that he had to obtain a demolition permit for
the house and begin demolition within a month.
It was the conclusion of the Building official and the Housing Inspector
that the structures were to be demolished within the time frame presented,
as Mr. Pierre had intentions of demolishing the structures but at a later
date when the mortgage was paid. It was determined by the building staff
that the conditions of the structures warranted immediate action on the
part of Mr. Pierre.
Yours truly,
ALFRED R.
