P" iA <br />i APPEALS TO HEARING EXA?INER FOR SHORT SUBDIVISIONS: <br />All appeals of decisions relating to short subdivisions shall be made to <br />the Hearing Examiner. :1uch appeals must be madin writing and filed <br />with the office of the 'clearing Examiner. Such appeals must be nad.; in <br />irriting and filed with :he office of the Hearing Examiner within ten (10) <br />,Irking days from ;.ice date on which the preliminary decision wa.s rendered. <br />The written appeal shall include a detai.ed explanation stating the <br />reason for the apoeal. The decision of the Hearing Examiner shall be the <br />final action unlees appealed to City Council. <br />i <br />Ii Standing to appe<i1 is limitad to the following: 1) the applicant or <br />owner of the property on which Lho short subdivision is proposed; 2) any <br />property owner whe deems himself aggrieved and will thereby suffer a <br />direct and substantial impact for the proposed short subdivision,.
