To' File <br />FROM Gary Doughty AT <br />DATE April 23, 1986 <br />SUBJECT ROBERT PIERRE SNORT PLAT U3-86 MEETING CITY OF EVERETT, EVERETT WASHINGTON <br />Larry Crawford, Larry Callahan, Gordon Witcher, Bob Landles, and Gary Doughty <br />met with Mr. Robert Pierre about his letter dated April 17, 1986, requesting <br />an* appeal of Preliminary Short Plat 03-86. As a result of our discussions, <br />Mr. Pierre agreed to and has taken out a permit to demolish his garage, <br />satisfying Condition 7. Staff explained that bonding for a one year period is <br />a substitute for immediate construction of public improvements required in <br />Conditions 1, 2, and 3, and the onsite driveway improvements required under <br />Condition 4.
