This is
only feasible as drawn on the site-plan. The setback from the property line is
approximately 1.5'.
The existing access easement is 20' in width but only paved about 14' to
15' in width. This gives him a setback from the pavement of around 8',
which is existing lawn that he maintains.
Mr. Power and Town & Country (acting as agent) respectfully request that
the RV cover be placed as drawn. Mr. Power intends on placing a cover on
his property for his RV, and would like to use this structure. If he has too he
will put up one of those non-permanent steel pipe frame covers but he really
doesn't want to use those.
If need be since the easement only serves his property and two others he
could get an agreement from his neighbors allowing him to build 1' plus or
minus off of his property line.
Any consideration that you can give Mr. Power fcr this project would be
greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,

. `
Jim inn
Per t Coordinator
