WASMiNGTON <br />9B�Ot <br />In June 19��0, there was anather fire in thie building and the building hae not <br />been repaired or secured. <br />The building has been subject to informel abatement by the CLty of Everett in <br />an attempt to have you, the owi_ers of the property, repair or demaliah the <br />building. <br />The moet recent fire, one of aeveral to the building, indicates that you do <br />not intend to take immediate action to correct what ie becoming a dangeroue <br />situation. Therefore, the City of Everett has no alternative but to proceed <br />with formal abahement xith poasible emergency action on the building. <br />Be advised that in the near future a Notice and Order shull be iesued for the <br />repair or demolition of the building.
