•y <br />July 30, 1990 <br />Broadway South Partnerahip <br />301 Telegraph Rd <br />Bellingham, WA 98226 <br />RE: 8217 Beverly Blvd., Everett, WA <br />Gentlemen: <br />C1 <br />CITV OF <br />everett <br />CRv NAIL • 250�0]55 <br />EVEPETT WASHMGTON <br />98201 <br />Snohomiah County records indicate that you recently purchased property which <br />is legally described as: <br />Lots 13 and 14, Block 4, Beverly Park, according to the plat recorded <br />in Volume 8 of ?lats, page 24, recorda of Snohomieh County, Washington; <br />Except that portion of the East 10 feet thereof conveyed Co City of <br />Everett for street purposea by Warranty Deed recorded June 1, 1964 <br />under Auditor's File No. 8406010242. <br />The City of Everett has been working with the previoun ownera since July 1989 <br />in an attempt to keep the structures secured, repaired or demolished. <br />On July 27, 1989 a P?otice "Illegal to Occupy" was posted on one of the <br />buildings which has recently been burned. Since tlist period of L-ime, another <br />fire has occurred and ':he building has remained unsecured.
