The building <br />aas subsequently demolished due to its deteriorated and 9angerous condition. <br />It has been brought to the attention of this department that another building <br />aituFited on the property is vacant, sitting open to tlie public, is being <br />vandalized, and is a harbor for transients. An inspection revealed the <br />building is a public nuisance. <br />The building ia uninhabitable in ita present condition and shall remain vacant <br />until auch time as the building is repaired in accordance with the current <br />Building Code, or demolished. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to reaedy these conditions.
